There are 'sign up' sheets that you will have access to when you attend the classes. If you are unable to access them contact the teacher directly to book your place. When classes are full there are waiting lists, but spaces often become available at the last minute. You can pay for a block, or pay-as-you-go, but you still need to book a place, please do not 'drop in'. All you need for your classes is to wear some comfortable, stretchy clothes which are easy to move in. Bring something warm to wear afterwards. It is advisable to do yoga on an empty stomach and to be as natural as possible i.e. no make up or perfume. No shoes or socks are worn for the exercises. All equipment is provided for you, including mats but you may prefer to bring your own for hygeine reasons. Enrolment forms detailing your medical history and any injuries or problems must be completed before starting any classes. If you have a specific medical condition, you will also require consent from your doctor. Private Classes
